1 General Provisions & Definitions

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are currently accepted for depositing funds on the w555 platform:

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The welcome bonus must meet a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same person may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Bonuses may have a specific validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• w555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus and winnings may be voided.
• Separate terms apply to VIP cashback and other promotions.

5 VIP Program & Reward Tiers

The w555 VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on the user's activity and engagement on the platform. w555 reserves the right to modify the terms and structure of VIP benefits, and advance notice will be given where possible for any changes.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system
• Using another person's account or selling an account
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to place bets
• Providing fraudulent payment information
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Attempting unauthorized access to w555 systems or servers

6.2 Gaming Errors & Technical Issues

Unusual results or winnings displayed due to a fault in gaming software will not be considered valid. In such cases, w555 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Markets & Results

All bets placed on sports betting markets depend on the final outcome of the event. w555 settles markets based on data from recognized results providers.

7.2 Cancelled & Suspended Events

• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• If an event is rescheduled and does not take place within a specified time frame, the bet may be voided.
• In live betting, in the event of a network disruption during play, the data at the time of market settlement will be considered final.

7.3 Liability

All decisions in sports betting are made at the user's own discretion. w555 is not responsible for any losses on bets.
